E FIT-V for windows EFIT-V is a unique and revolutionary software product that creates near photo-realistic, colour images of criminal suspects from eyewitness testimony. Using ground-breaking, artificial intelligence technology developed at the University of Kent, EFIT-V effectively exploits the well-documented human capacity for holistic facial processing. While traditional composite systems rely on the featural cut-and-paste method which is known to be difficult for typical witnesses, EFIT-V uses an intelligent, interactive search procedure in which the eyewitness responds to and manipulates whole faces created by the software.
