Explosive Risk Management Ltd is a unique company comprised entirely of former British Army High Threat Improvised Explosive Device Disposal (IEDD) Operators with extensive Operational experience in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan. We have the most recent C-IED experience in the commercial market place and are able to deliver both consultancy and training solutions to military, law enforcement and commercial security personnel. We believe our unique experience and capability in the commercial sector allows Explosive Risk Management to provide unique services that are unavailable elsewhere in the market place.

Training:

Explosive Risk Management Ltd has the capability to deliver high specification training courses to a broad range of clients and specialist and specifically designed training can be delivered in the following areas:

• IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE DISPOSAL – All disciplines from basic skills and procedures to complex manual neutralisation of devices where necessary.


• IED EXPLOITATION - Courses designed to allow personnel to:

  • Become familiar with the components of weapons, explosives and IEDs
  • Anticipate terrorists' or insurgents' actions
  • Exploit forensic information to identify attack patterns, cut supply chains and capture the perpetrators.

The above courses are aimed at Military or Law Enforcement personnel. Explosive Risk Management also provides training and seminars aimed at corporate personnel such as business continuity and resilience managers in addition to physical security personnel. Clients for these services have included large banks and corporations and large protected military and commercial critical infrastructure sites.
